People at the desk or extremely quite friendly and professional the room is older but clean kind of upset me that it took two days to get a bar soap in a room I don't take a shower with shampoo. Please don't get me wrong I didn't call complaining what you think that the person cleaning the room part of the responsibility would be to leave a bar of soap. There are several people in our groups we've rented several rooms to the other people have problems with not having towels and their rooms. Granted the least expensive hotel in the area I'm not saying that it's not worth staying here the group overall one of the least expensive room possible. Once again very clean front desk very professional it was just the maid service kind of left a little to be desired

Stayed in the RV park for 10 months! Always excellent service. While there went to the casino and restaurant a lot! Impeccable service. Great employees. Pool always clean and relaxing. Will recommend to anyone. Still visit often!

This is not a 4 star hotel, but in my opinion it is a 4 star experience. We have stayed here every time we come to Front Sight. Every time we come here we see more improvement. This has the ambience of the west which in my opinion enhances our Front Sight experience. Old school done well.

The staff is wonderful, friendly and efficient. It's too cold in there, as many, many people have said. Those of us with bonus play can't access it after midnight, which is very inconvenient for those of us who like to play late. The other casinos already have it on your card when you walk in. Would be nice to have that a available.

This place wasn't for us, but as always it depends what you are looking for. The rooms are outdated but were perfectly clean. TV did not work. The casino is smoky. The front desk girl does her job, but doesn't know the word please or any kind of friendly phrase. The rates are very low, so it's probably all OK if one simply wants to sleep for little money.
