The place was pretty good in my opinion. The room was nice and quiet so I was able to sleep in peace. The restaurants in the hotel were very good! I personally don't drink, but my friends chilled at the bar and they liked it. I also loved the slots, it was very fun and addicting. There were other things the kids can do like bowling or movies so I took them to those and they had a great time.

We didn't stay here, but came for a competition. Loved the buffet and food options. They even had a movie theater and game room, along with slot machines and places to gamble. The main arena was spacious and clean, but they used a smaller room for awards that would've been spacious if not for all the people. My one complaint was how security was rude to the black competitors/families compared to white competitors/families. A lot of teams and individuals were waiting to take pictures in front of the awards sign, but security was clearly ruder and aggressively moving the black families compared to white families.

I'm loving the movie theater here especially the luxury lounger recliners.    The theater was very clean.  I went to the movies with my 13 year old daughter and my 2 month old daughter the staff was very accommodating and helpful.  I recommend purchasing your tickets online it makes the process so much easier especially if you're bringing kids.  They just scan your Q code and you go right in.  I only wish they'd lower the prices of popcorn and soda but we know that will never happen lol.

Nice rooms, Very clean. The bathroom floor in our room, well i had to do my test, was A++++, i used a damp white washcloth and wiped the floor every day and not a speck of dirt. Nice views out the window. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had a great time.

We are just back from a family vacation at the Orleans and I cannot say enough about the staff and their interactions with myself and my family. They were super friendly and accommodating and went way out of their way to talk to my kids and get to know them. A special thank you should go to the amazing housekeeping staff who found my daughter's stuffed animal and called us when we got home to tell us it was safe and would be mailed to us. Truly they made our vacation friendly and treated us lile family. We will always return here and recommend it to others!!!
