Safe Lock Storage on Us 231 in Panama City , Florida. This is one of the best storage facility ,that I have doe business with . Gail Turner , the facility manager has great customer service. She has been friendly and pleasant since we have stored our stuff there. I would refer this facility to anyone.

We were just moving to PC and had been driving hours with our uHaul and had to have a place to put our belongings because our U-Haul was due back.One of our friends mentioned this place and told us to check it out. Well since we came into town after 5 everything was closed but our friend said that most of them have an after hours number to call. so my husband called the number on the sign to see if we could still get a unit after 5 PM the woman said "We are closed can you read?" I wouldn't have believed that somebody was so rude had I not been right there listening. A simple "no I'm sorry we are closed" or "we don't do after hours"would have sufficed.Needless to say we drove down the road and did business with a much nicer person.

Really friendly onsite management couple . We have been storing here for a long time and I have appreciated the good customer service and how clean and well kept the facility is . I highly recommend to all.

The manager Gail, set up the new storage unit over the phone, and had all the paperwork ready when I came in. She even has new locks available!

I was very pleased with safe lock storage I recently moved out. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The units are well maintained and clean. I would recommended this place to any one who is looking for a storage place. The prices are great !!!!!
