Would have been 5 stars but for not emailing a tracking number as promised. Had to stop in AND call to get the info I needed. Will not leave a package there again without the number. Was promised that the item would be packaged and shipped and a tracking number emailed... no reason to doubt them as I have had good experience in the past. Can’t be because they were too busy, because the day I stopped in the guy was playing on his phone with his dog. Will go back, because I believe in supporting local business, just disappointing that they didn’t do what they promised with what was a time sensitive and expensive item.

Will never rent a uhaul from this place again, the worst u haul experience ever. I went from wilder to southgate twice & said I used 70 moles and was overcharged no way from wilder firehouse to udf moock road was 70 miles, I will never ever do business here again. I don't know what system they use to track miles but its not accurate at all. Instead of overcharging people they need to clean up their office its really cluttered, I knw it's a ship location etc but sheeeesh with the money they are beating people out of for mileage with renting a uhaul they should pay someone to clean up🤣 they don't even deserve 1 star.

Every experience I've had at Safe Ship has been professional, expedient and as promised. The convenience is awesome!

Great location, able to handle a variety of packing and shipping needs including freight shipments.  Staff is friendly and was willing to provide me a receipt for my FedEx drop-off which required a bit of extra time even though they were busy.  

Parking is easy and I am able to get in and out.  Great spot!

This place is awesome. I'm from Utah and was in Kentucky for a funeral. I had inherited an original picture in an original frame from 1923 that had a lot of sentimental value. I had Safe Ship send it to me. They packaged it wonderfully, and there was absolutely no damage to it at all. Next time I am in Kentucky, I will use them EVERY time!! Thank you so much you guys!!
