This is my first time obtaining storage space. I instantly felt comfortable with the staff as they answered all of my questions and provided so much information that there is no need for me to compare their service or offerings to any other storage company. I know my storage will not only be safe, but cared for with the many packing options and boxes they sell. The staff had good ideas with packing and stacking too. The hours of access is more then convenient. Come bad weather days- my items will not be affected. I’m glad I committed with Safeguard. I’m a happy customer!

I’ve been with safestorage for approximately 2 year at the tacony location, the manager Mark goes above and beyond the call of duty to make your visit pleasant, his professionalism and pleasant attitude make you feel at home. 
I’ve been with other storage companies and have never had this level of attention and service which is why I continue to use safe storage, and recommend my friends as well.

I rented a storage unit for the first time in my life recently. Found this location online, as it is a quick drive from Center City Philadelphia. Went to pick up my paperwork and move things into my unit on July 1. It was a great process.  Assistant Manager Robert was very helpful and thorough in his explanations of fees, options, and the policies and rules of the facility.  Everything was clean and pristine, and very easy to access.  Thank you for a great experience.

I have used Safeguard for over 5 years, starting with a 10' x 5' garage door space on the 2nd floor, to a 10' x 10' on the ground floor.  Nothing beats climate controlled storage. The keyfob passkey was a cool option as well. Staff was always helpful, auto pay as well. I would recommend Safeguard to anyone, the first month was 1 cent! Would go back if I need storage again.
