The staff here is great JoAnne is very helpful and saved me a few trips while doing a transfer she found me the closest cube to my old one and Shannon an Shawn is also very nice and helpful I even had to come back to the store after I was done just to personally thank them. Great customer service. Thanks again.

Superb customer service from JoAnne and Shannon! Prices may be a bit high, but great location and reliably superior security (access only granted when staff is on site).

Great location, great staff-very friendly, approachable, very helpful and understanding. This location has excellent customer service. I've been a customer for years and not one time have I been unsatisfied. Sean is a great manager. He is very professional and courtesy. If you need a storage location, this is the location that I would definitely recommend for you to go.

The actual facility itself was great very clean and security seems excellent. But I must say I really do not appreciate the way I was treated by the general manager. He was very arrogant and condescending. He made me feel as if I were a derelict a bum dude off the street trying to live in a tiny tiny tiny storage unit. He made sure to announce a few times that there was no living in the storage unit while I was trying to organize and put my things into the unit so disrespectful and embarrassing. I did not give the appearance that I was trying to move in and I told him that I was not before we first even started the transaction because he let me know from the beginning that I could not put a bed inside the unit. This was absolutely ridiculous I did not like being treated as a bum or someone that needed to live in a storage unit and for him to make several announcements all I did was take off my jacket because it was very hot and he made like a second or think their announcement that there was no living allowed in the storage unit or appearing to. I can't help what he thinks. And appears  to him is not my fault. Its absolutely ridiculous so i can't take off a hot top to be  comfortable to stop sweating i do didn't even use a bathroom or anything like that. All this was a very big turn-off and if not for the fact that I already paid for my unit I wouldn't have gotten the unit and I doubt that I'll stay after this month that is already been paid for. I have the need to get some things I left there by mistake but I'm so embarrassed and upset I don't know what he'll say next time.
