Fine for a quick groceries run. Some things didn't have a huge selection, but I got everything I needed. Expected it to have expanded a bit after so many years, but it's still a smallish store. Clean inside, with the tighter aisles you'd expect at a city store. Didn't run into any staff in the aisles, so no help readily available, even when I knocked over a display (of nothing breakable. Had to put it back together on my own). Maybe that's why there were so many "customer needs help" announcements. Was done about 6pm and encountered no line, so that's a big plus

The stockers are great. Things are immaculately organized and actually correspond to prices. A guy even got me fresh vegetables from the back! But they need a self-check or more cashier's at peak hours, when lines can be up to 10 minutes or more.

The staff is friendly but the store is grossly understaffed. Also, it always looks rummaged through and filthy. In one visit I saw a chicken bone and used (bloodied) bandage, and several instances of hair weave being on the floor as well as "coarse" hairs in the refrigerator section. I know things happen but darn! But on the positive, the staff is always friendly and kind. I just wish more people worked there and that the store could be cleaned.

This is by far the largest supermarket in the area and tends to have the best selection. However, the lines take forever. They don't allow self checkout and tend to not have enough cashiers working.

Sadly this store is always an ordeal, it's never a quick in and out shopping trip. There are always long lines. Even on Sunday when most people are doing their weekly shopping the store only has 2 or 3 cashiers. The cashiers seem nice - it seems more like an upper management issue. Additionally, many times I have purchased items that were expired. I am accustomed to checking the sell-by date on dairy and meat but to have to check the date for each pantry item and dry good is sad. Today when I was reading the label, I realized the protein bar I bought this afternoon expired 2 years ago. It seems that the store doesn't have the resources/staff to properly rotate the stock. They also lack attention to detail; many times I have seen opened candy bars and opened packages that are still on the shelves. The produce is not fresh and the store has very little in the way of organic. Most of the organic options that they do have are already past the sell-by date.
