Angelo in the meat department was great!! He helped me yesterday figure out my daughter's birthday BBQ meat selections, I've never bought meat in the meat department before. He also suggested some salmon and explained the best way to prepare and cook all the meats I bought. I made the salmon exactly the way he explained and my family loved it, I've never been able to get my family to eat fish before!!! I can't believe they loved it!! I'm never going to shop anywhere else for meat, Angelo is an amazing employee of Safeway... I give this store a 5 star rating because of their employee Angelo in the meat and seafood department!

This Safeway gives me a headache. Parking is a challenge since it shares the lot with the mall. It takes forever to get in and out to this parking lot so better bring plenty of time and patience. The Safeway inside is fairly small and crowded. Especially on the weekends it gets crowded. They open only 1-2 cashiers and hence you'll be in line waiting to pay for as long as it took you to find parking. Despite to that, they have a good selection of fresh vegetables and fruits and just everything you need.

A great young man by the name of Blaze works at this Safeway. By young I mean no older than 30 (hard for me to tell anymore). Anyway, myself and two young ladies were waiting for separate Uber rides. a few guys walked past me and stood next too close next to the ladies. At the same time I saw another man approaching from the other side. It was probably all innocent but I drive my son and the kids I coach with "better safe than sorry". So I walked past the ladies, they said "thank you" and I asked them if they would mind moving back to the store doors under the lights and we did. My Uber ride showed up first, & at the same time Blaze came outside. I asked him to please stand with the ladies until their ride showed up. I shouldn't even of been there, but the Uber app was having problems and they continued, We did a 360 back to where I was picked up, and there was Blaze waiting with the ladies in pleasant conversation, protecting them, as their ride pulled up. Great to know that there are great young men out there like him.

Like the worst Safeway. Weirdly laid out, often dirty, no self checkout. Still a grocery store, so if you need grocery things and don't want to go somewhere farther away, I guess there's that.

This Safeway is the worst, it's run down, the shelves aren't stocked, the lines are long, and it's totally run down and decaying. The produce isle is especially disappointing. I spoke to some of the staff about why after all these years this location has received zero maintenance or renovation and they said Safeway corp renovates the stores that aren't profitable, and because of the location and the lease they signed long long ago, they're killing it here.
