On our most recent visit, we were treated unbelievably rude. Our party (which included a child in a high chair) was seated at a hibachi table. After our drinks were served the host came to the table and asked us to move down a seat to accommodate another party. After we moved as requested and pulled the high chair back up to the table the host pulled the high chair back away from the table. He stated that the party he was going to seat at the table needed the room! Where did he expect the child to sit? Obviously he expected him to sit in the aisle or behind us! Even the other guests at the table were stunned. We got up from the table and left! I'm am, or was a frequent patron at Saga Japan, but I will never go back!

The staff members were unbelievably rude. They do not value customers, but rather treat them like numbers. They have a mindset of “how many people can I fit at a table?” If you want to sit by a dishpan, then this is the restaurant for you. If you bring a baby, be prepared to have your child sit behind you in the corner, because that child isn’t ordering their own meal and doesn’t deserve a spot at the table. Overall, I do not recommend Saga. If you want good hibachi, go to Benihana.

Good hibachi, pretty much like most other hibachi. Good place for birthdays, my son loved it. Our cook was fun, I'll be back here again.

Sadly this sushi was not very good at all. The avocado was brown and the sushi had a very distinct smell that just was not pleasant at all. I can't really describe the smell but it almost smelled like garbage. You could tell the fish wasn't very fresh.
