I am absolutely in love with this place. Each class seems to help me create positive change in my life! A friend and I have mentioned that we feel more powerful since we started taking classes at this studio, and I have met some of the coolest people in these classes. Plus, I absolutely love Mandeep's "vibe" and all her positive energy. She has a wonderful style and is very grounded which I appreciate. Thank you so much!

I'm not into the weirdness that tends to come along with yoga. When Melanie taught me these deep breathing exercises, it really started a process of nerve re-connection, and it gave me the clarity I needed to get out of a toxic business relationship. I recommend her courses simply for their practical personal applications.
