Tonight we did a personal training session with the new vasa coach Ryan.  He was awesome!  He was super friendly and knowledgeable and great at explaining what we were doing and why.  Me and my wife both left feeling really tired.  He is a great personal trainer!

I go to Seth for personal training, and he's awesome!  This was my first experience trying out both VASA and personal training, and I wasn't disappointed.  Seth challenges you, but he also recognizes your limits.  He appreciates honesty when I say I didn't work out much over the past week, and he just pushes me to try harder the next week.  He's also really supportive and encouraging and never makes me feel like I"m not doing well enough.  I'm so glad I signed up to train with him!

This gym has a fantastic facility with tons of machines and weights to choose from. The staff is pleasant and attentive. The only complaint I would raise is the price of personal trainers, but that might just be my lack of experience with them and their normal rates.

Best gym I’ve been to in my life. Even at busy times there is still plenty of equipment to get your workout done. Staff is friendly and helpful. Trainers have good knowledge and really help people achieve their goals. If you’re looking for a place to begin or continue your fitness journey then VASA is the place for you!

Good customer service, terrible business, oh don't forget the 50$ yearly cleaning fee they forget to tell ya that. Go to Retro Fitness, no hidden fees for extra a month with better equipment and business.
