Sagel Bloomfield was excellent. My mother, may she rest in peace, had to be flown from out of state to Maryland to be buried next to my dad, may he rest in peace. Sagel Bloomfield was experienced, knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful. We could rely on them throughout for excellent advice. From planning transportation and the funeral, through the day of the funeral, to follow-up afterwards, they were outstanding. Mostly, they are extremely compassionate and understanding during a very difficult time. I highly recommend Sagel Bloomfield.

We received a phone call at 4AM on a Sunday morning that our loved one had died at the Assisted Living Facility where she resided. None of the immediate family was in Maryland at the time and we had to make immediate arrangements remotely and with some urgency. Albert Bloomfield worked with me (from where I reside in WA state) on the phone and via e-mail throughout the day, evening and next morning to ensure all decisions were made, documents signed, and communications with the cemetery in NJ (her final resting place) completed, and then transported her remains to the NJ cemetery all in a 24 hour period. Superlative customer service - above and way beyond what I ever expected. Most sincere gratitude to Albert and his colleagues.

Ed Sagel and his professional staff provided our families with around the clock support, amazing care and friendship during the toughest of times for two separate memorial services. Ed, Tisha, Lisa, David and Scott without hesitation went above and beyond to take such great care of us in so many ways. We sincerely, thank each member of the Sagel Bloomfield Funeral Care.
