My family used the services of Collins Funeral Home for my parents. Each time the services they provided were extremely compassionate and professional. They were with us every step of the way and paid attention to every single detail. I cannot say enough about them. Everyone we dealt with was sincere and helpful. They are also extremely helpful with pre-planning of services and I highly recommend doing this. Thank you Collins for making a very difficult time more bearable.

The entire team at Collins Funeral Home was incredible to work with during an extremely difficult time.  They were professional, compassionate and guided us every step of the way and their advice and guidance was invaluable. I went to my cousin’s service and they were nasty and unprofessional. While the body didn’t look bad, the way my family was treated was just egregious. These people need to learn customer service!

I came here for my aunties wake and was pleasantly surprised how amiable and helpful Richard Gates was with the whole experience. I called today (in the evening) because of that experience to help plan for my mom's passing and make an appointment to come in. Whoever answered the phone was completely rude and went straight into the "money". I didn't call to do prepayments and if you had listened to me, you would have understood that I wanted to make arrangements and plan for my moms final days. I didn't call to have some associate talk to me about the cost. If I did, I would have already given you the damn check. You could have just taken a message and passed it on to Mr. Gates, but your deplorable demeanor and disregard for finding out the needs of the client was and to listen to that person made me to end the call. Next time, just listen and process! Thank you for the apology! It truly made a difference!
