My husband and I came here based off of the ratings and because we needed somewhere new to do our taxes closer to where we live. Ralph did a wonderful job sitting down and talking us through everything, especially the pricing. There did happen to be an upset woman with her two children in the office that came in furious and screaming at us to leave based off of her own experience, though, but based off of her behavior and her children reading our confidential info over our shoulders I am glad we took it all with a grain of salt and made sure to critically think about giving the place a chance before making a final decision. We have had an excellent experience here and are so glad we stayed. We will be back next year and many more to come. Thank you, Ralph!

Entire experience surpassed all expectations. Apparently some people think prices are too high, personally I think this is a place you get more than you pay for. He did my taxes a few years ago, used another cheaper tax service a few years. I will never do that again. Total confidence in his office!

We were searching for an accountant in the area and decided to go with Ralph based on his wonderful reviews. When I received an approximate quote, I felt it was higher than average and cancelled our appointment. He called me personally and persuaded me to keep the appointment. Once our taxes were completed, the invoice was for almost three times the original high amount. In his office, when I questioned the invoice, he started yelling making incorrect statements about my personal finances in front of other patrons. This was embarrassing and unprofessional. I regret using his service.

Ralph has done my business and personal taxes for many years. I go to talk to him before making any big financial decisions, and he is great about listening and steering me in the right direction. Because of his help, I was recently able to buy a historic home like I've always wanted. I've referred many friends and family to him. He's the best. Lorena Hartnett.

Very knowledgeable and competent as well as easy to talk to. Always has the time to answer all questions and appointment time is honored (a rarity in any profession). Staff also very professional and welcoming.
