worst emergency room care I've ever experienced. I've been sick for 6 months and they sent me home with no medication and no alternative care. Only recommended me to a primary doctor. Never visit this hospital.

Excellent job on 3rd floor Pediatric care. I don't see why no many people Bitching. They took great care of us. Maybe one hiccup from The phlebotomus 4 different people sticking my son 11 times before getting a vein. That's about it.

The worst experience in my life had appendix taken ot left one becaise the original surgeon spokas jas no bed side manner and is disrecpestfull having ptsd and sever pain dont do well together.went back that evening after surgery i even more pain than b4 surgery all the did was a ct and some fluid i requested non narcs for my pain whay they gave in my id made it worse i then left to ask the er desk for info on filling a complaint of my lack o treatment when teddi the security guard who has no medical experience yells at me to stop askin the clerk for pills if i wanted pills i would have asked for narcs this guard needs to be terminated im not a drug addict hince why i ask for non narc pain killers that work just as well i dont suggest going here even if your dieing you have a better chance going to boise hospital. Update So after the weekend my wife and i spent all day arguing with the hospital and voicing our grievences and find out that theres a missing perscription that i was supposed to get what i left with no perscriptions from the er i left against orders ehich i did they were doing nothing to help me but someobe says they discharged me bs i lrft with no paper work except for the number to make a complaint wich was on a sticky note thats all i got check your cameras st als it will show i left with no paperwork that even resembled a discharge sheet malpractice at its best i feel like they threw my inside into a blender this place is a disgrace to all medical institutions i will never use this er or facility it need to be shut down and real healthcare professionals need to take over too many patients have complained of similar if not worse 2 stars your lucky i couldnt give negatives

I was in horrible pain waiting for an MRI on my leg and consequently could hardly walk but the staff didn't offer me a wheelchair but instead started running me down the hallway. Another of her co-workers met her and continued to tell her how cute she was & asking me if I " thought she was cute" .....They visited and giggled forgetting me trailing in the back!! Finally she started the MRI and kept trying to check the WRONG lef after I told her it was my LEFT leg...But she wouldn't listen. OMG! I've NEVER experienced anything like this. I will NEVER return because this is only one visit out of many that were absolutely horrible medical care!!

My daughter was taken to the ER by ambulance. Once she got there, She was told they had no room and pushed her into the waiting room out of site by staff. She had been transported with bearing issues. There were never any vitals taken by staff nor did they ask her any questions on her status. I believe this is a form of abandonment!! If they are that busy, they can refer patients to St Luke's. This was not done!! I have had other incidents in the past with this facility due to unproffessionalism and shoddy medical care. It is a shame this is our only local hospital
