I love Rosemary Jacobs and the staff is wonderful. They are always nice. My granddaughter gets allergy shots here every week and she still likes coming to see everyone even though she has to get a shot. (She's 6.)

Staff are demeaning, condescending, rude, self entitled females. Dr. Floyd is nice and takes time with his patients(though he is scared to think for himself it seems). The females up front are terrible. When asked to allow me to speak with the doctor himself I was told "No, this has nothing to do with him." Yes it does! If I call about a legitimate medical concerns and you tell me I'm not allowed after 5+ years of using only Dr. Floyd to speak with him, I find that disrespectful! They shouldn't be allowed to talk to patients in that manner. They don't "run" anything. They answer phones!!

Staff is unprofessional and has no bedside manor. Doctor says one thing then does another. Very frustrating!
