My sister ordered an arrangement from 1-800-flowes and the order was filled by your store, The arrangement was supposed to look like a Christmas tree with roses and white mums. My order came with NO flowers and pinecones instead she was charged the full price! What a scam!!!

Tremendous service the old fashioned way. I love these Ma and Pa stores for that old school vibe. They make things great and add tremendous value to floral than what you'd pick up at groceries stores.

If I could give this place a NO stars I would! Extremely disappointed!!! And what made it worse was the OWNER treated me awful and was going to hang up on me! 
1st time ever trying them. Ordered my flowers at 9am and it's 5:19pm and NOTHING delivered! When I called at noon I was NOT told they were SWAMPED I was told "just waiting for delivery truck, they going out next" I was not told that by 3 like I requested could NOT be met. What pissed me off more the OWNER acted like it was NO care at all! That's when I wanted to cancel. Then she got even ruder!!!!! I try to support local businesses BUT the customer service here was EXTREMELY unacceptable!!! Over $50 for a small flower arrangement... I will go spend my money else where like CUB the flower lady has always been nice there!!!! And you get more flowers!!!! 
The worst part is it was the OWNER!!!

So today is my birthday and my boyfriend ordered some flowers from this shop from me, he ordered them from last week with instructions to have them delivered at my job for 1:30PM, it is 3:05PM no delivery and I am about to get off, he is very upset...which I can't fault him for that. I wished I knew that I was getting flowers because I would have told him to go to Jerry's Roses. I got my Mother her flowers from there for Mother's Day and the experience was AWESOME. This place doesn't care about customer service.

I ordered flowers for my wife on valentines day and they got the order all wrong. I found out she didn't even get the balloon I purchased. They swap the size teddy bear and chocolate size. When I called, there was no apology. The customer service rep had an attitude and just told me she would give me the credit back for the balloon. 

Although they were able to deliver same day... I wouldn't order from there again.
