Recently, made a quick stop for a few grocery items. Their organic fresh produce is usually quite good with reasonable prices. The staff are generally friendly and very helpful. I always enjoy stopping in there for grocery shopping whenever I happen to be near by.

Trader Joe's has very good prices. I like it better than wholefoods or Lunds, but you can't get everything here. We normally get brand named cereal, for example, that you can't get here. We get a lot of food for the money. For $200 we got a while cart full of groceries, 6 bags. At wholefoods, we get a half cart worth of food and it's always $200+++. You can't get out of wholefoods for under 200, and you feel like you only got a few things. Great value for money.

Good grocery store overall. They have unique high quality products and great customer service! Some things can be over priced but you can also get some deals too. Good produce

Excellent food choices. There seems to be a constant competition for space between the shoppers and workers stocking shelves. Standing back and watching, shoppers move diagonally down the aisles like pinballs bouncing from side to side while looking in the opposite direction. Meanwhile the stockers move perpendicular to the shelves often leaving their carts in the middle of the aisles. Strangely, everyone seems to be unaware of one another like in the book "Flatland" from ancient college reading days.

If you are into liking "healthier" options for both yourself and your family, they have options.  Always a clean environment there.  The staff is always helpful if you need assistance.
