l love the store but I come in for my favorite perfume is Bond 9 and Lisa at that counter is very rude.  Makes me not want to avoid this store and that area. I usually send people in as well.  Looking for other reps or options.  May go back on line

Unfortunately this is probably the worst Saks I've ever shopped at. The sales associates are few and far between, the ones actually working. I once went to the bathroom to see all of them sitting in the back watching music videos instead of helping customers. The bathrooms and store were dirty. The  staff clearly have very poor management and nobody to hold them accountable. I do not recommend shopping at this Saks at all, buy online or find a different one to go to.

I recently visited the store simply to test out fragrances before making a decision to buy. Expecting to be confronted by snarky associates, wanting only to make a sale, I was pleasantly greeted by Ms. Rhonda. Although she specifically works with one brand, she was kind enough to walk me through the department, introducing me to several different brands and scents. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and plan on being a recurring customer despite living 3 hours away. :)

I'm stevo s mother. I went to saks this morning with my daughter and 3 grandchildren looking for a dress for my sons wedding. We walked in there was a group of workers talking and they turned their heads and looked the other way. Then I found a dress we walked towards the dressing room and one of workers yelled from across the store, "that's not a bathroom!". I couldn't believe my ears! We walked out, spent my money at Dillard's..Shouldn't even give you one star!

Always a flawless shopping experience at Saks in Beachwood!  Great sales reps, nice selection, and very casual shopping atmosphere.
