This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced from the manager on duty last Sunday Carol. I ordered a pair of Rag& Bone boots online and the color was way off the picture online. As a working mother of a two year old time flew by and before I knew it 4 months already past from the time I ordered the boots. I have never worn them and they are in perfect condition so I thought I’d have no problem returning them for at least a store credit. Carol was the manager that told me very rudely that she wouldn’t take them back. She had a very nasty tone with me from the very beginning and her customer service was very poor. The way she spoke to me had me surprised that she was even working at a high end retail store. Maybe TJ Max is a better fit for her. It’s a shame because I liked shopping there before I experienced this horrible service. Not sure if I’ll ever go back

Awful clothing for the most part. Shoe section and purse section are decent but still nothing spectacular. Prices are ridiculous considering what the items look like. Alright to walk around to kill Time but that's the extent of it for me.

I had a great experience here. Customer service was 5 stars. Didn't find anything i liked and walked out with empty handed but i would be willing to come back and try again.

I saw the security throw a young women about 35 from outside the store to all the way to the office in the back if the store. He was forcefull ,her shirt went all the way up three times I saw her chest. He manhandled her for sure she has most definitely got hurt her neck at least the way he grabbing g her and throwing her. She should sue that company because it was wrong and i will be her first key witness because I viewed it with my own two eyes.
