Visited here a few days ago with my family and the service was just amazing. We were greeted when we came in and helped throughout our entire visit. Lisa and Janet were both very helpful and offered to help with jewelry. They carry a lot of top-line designer labels- Calvin Klein, Karl Lagerfeld. It's almost like visiting an outlet but instead of one brand there is whole variety of them. Saks is the best store in Grand Prairie and out of all the Saks stores in the DFW area they have the best customer service

Horrible experience with the store manager. She treated me like a criminal just because I tried to use my legitimate coupon %15 off coupon that I received from sacks. She talked to me with a condescending, demeaning tone, rolled her eyes at me. She humiliated me in front my friend, store associates and other customers. They treat you with much more dignity at Walmart store than that sacks store. She refused to give me her name and try to get my name in an intimidating way. When I started to file a formal complaint with main office she walked away. What she did was unacceptable!

They frickin suck! I walked in and they we're talking about me staring at me and talking about me I was like what the hec man fareals? Mexican girl and two black girls I'm not racist I'm just pointing out so if y'all walk in y'all can get an idea of what I'm saying. I felt really awkward like I didn't want to go back rude people man.

5 th ave online shopping experience is horrible ! Charge your money , cancel your order, ridiculous! No one will answer the phone, I called several times! Horrible! I give it 1 star just because there is no ZERO !

Went there today with my mother. I couldn't believe how badly the clothes were stained with makeup, lipstick, coffee, and ink and . I became so disgusted. There is a reason why this store is empty. I will NEVER return.
