Disgusting! I ordered a mediterranean salad through class pass which includes falafel and the falafel was rock hard. The fork couldn't pierce it and it tasted like an extremely hard granola bar that actually hurt my jaw chewing it. It also tasted expired with a strange taste. I think they served old falafel that could potentially get people sick. On top of that it was three tiny pieces of falafel in this salad. Inedible. Had to throw it out.

Awesome! So glad we found this place. Our bowls were delicious and felt so healthy. I only wish they had organic ingredients. We built our own bowls with kale, quinoa which was a nice mix of red and white quinoa, chicken, pineapple, mango, red peppers, cucumbers and feta with olive oil and lemon juice for the dressing. So glad they offer olive oil and lemon juice! The bowls were full to the top, filling and rejuvenating. Thank you!! 5 stars

Stay far away from this place unless you want a nice salad with a side of food poisoning.  Let me start by saying I haven’t had food poisoning in years… I’m an immigrant who is used to eating from food carts in my home country without any issues. I ordered one of their salads yesterday to my office and within 45 minutes I was in the bathroom violently throwing up. I have a low grade fever, stomach cramps and feel soooo sick, even today. After reading some of the reviews, it makes sense given the lack of cleanliness other customers have noted.  You charge $20 for salads, the least you could do is adhere to food safety standards. Do better.

The staff is not great here. In NY generally customer service leaves much to be desired but the carelessness with which the salads are made Here and lack of care to the customer in front of the person is extra. Good thing I’m not allergic to anything that ended up in my salad, which I didn’t ask for. The toppings were mixing together a lot.

Love the salad box!! Hearty salad,  very tasty, super fresh and made the way you want it. Never had a salad this robust and tasty.  Chicken is right off the grill and all portions are super generous.  My new favorite lunch spot!  Give them a try,  you'll be happy you did.Food: 5/5

My favorite salad place on my lunch break. They are very fresh and tasty. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of their smoothie. The first time their smoothie was wonderful. The next time, I ordered 3 smoothies. But it tasted not have enough fruit and was watery.Recommended dishes

I’ve come here for lunch a few times and I very much enjoy the Cobb Salad combo w the honey mustard dressing. Love that the chicken is freshly grilled and it tastes so good! Usually I hate grilled chicken bc most do not season it well at all but theirs is so good and pretty juicy.  Workers can be a little brusque and impatient which is not great but they are pretty quick with food. I was in and out within 3 mins since there wasn’t much of a line but I wish they had taken a bit more time to mix up my salad better.  Vegetarian options: It’s a salad/bowl bar so you can make your own vegetarian bowl.

I have not been here I a very long time and just recalled why. Employees all with rags on their heads, no uniformity, main salad lady long sleeve on, no bra, all employees with only one glove on. Another employee on her cell phone non stop also with one glove on. Guess management is doing the same thing and owners don't care.

Literally the best Salad I’ve ever had. Very good Menu of Recommendations and the choice of making your own salad. Plus really tasty soup and good drink options such as Smoothies or Poppi. Really nice staff and good Atmosphere. Will definitely be visiting again!!!Food: 5/5

I don’t know if they were cleaning moments prior to making my salad or what but there is pieces of MELTED PLASTIC in my salad. They initially forgot to add the chicken to my salad so I went back and now I find plastic? When I called to get a refund, I didn’t even get an apology, I just got hung up on. The woman asked to send a picture and I sent multiple without getting a reply. She said she would refund me as soon as she got the picture but didn’t even ask for my name or anything to process the refund. Terrible customer experience and I still can’t eat this toxic salad.
