Good library i usually stop by at least 4 times a week to study and search information. There is one kid who works here.. he's probably 18-19. He's a little tall... maybe 6'0" or 6'1" and he has long hair/ big beard. Heavy set. He's always at the circulation desk. I asked him to help me print something and he said "sure". Then I went back to my computer. I waited almost 20 minutes. He never came. I had to go back to the circulation desk and he said "I forgot". Never apologized. This kid also looked at me rather nasty. I was surprised he never apologized. I was on a time crunch and he inconvenienced me big time. He should have apologized twice. Very disappointed in the service here at Salem Library. Also, I don't know if anyone else has noticed but I purchased 5 of the "Worlds best Chocolate" candy bars. They are all expired! They expired July 2017. Not sure I want to give my kids these chocolate bars now.

A wonderful resource center. Comfortable, quiet and accommodating. The staff is cheerfull and willing to help. I'm hoping they will be able to expand with additional computer stations in the future, it's getting quite crowded most days. We enjoy the classes offered, and hope they continue to expand that program. .

Distracting study environment at this Salem Library. Recently went to study some things about cooking. I asked a tall guy (don't know his name he's just tall) whom was one of the employees to calm down the kids playing games and he just ignored me, acted like he didn't even hear me. (I saw him ignore another person too. Got the impression he's rude) I told him again and he said "What can I do for ya, buddy?" I told him about the kids again and he said "If they get too loud i'll say something to them." Well, they were already too loud. They just let those kids do whatever they want in there.
