Im here mostly during the days and everyone seems to be friendly that I've met the rules around the park aren't to strict mostly just safety stuff they have bathrooms for residents as well as bingo and bunco nights they also have a pool for during the summer on top of it all there is a dog park right next to the rv park so if you have a dog its a good place to go

I have lived here for over 3 years.  I hit a rough point in life, and this was our answer. Great people. Great amenities.  Low cost answer for living.

I'm POOR. But I CAN live with being poor....These people had something that would work for me. I was so excited. But I was denied.... It seems then I could not even get an answer back on why I was denied... I'm not a drug addict or a pedophile...JUST A LADY THAT NEEDS A PLACE SHE CAN AFFORD. 
I've run out of options that are affordable...
To all you other FOOD STAMP camper's.... If you become a single old food stamp camper"BEWARE"
A good deal is not always a good deal..........
