Called on a saturday to ask about open spots for a four day stay the following week, and was told by the gal that answered the phone to call back Monday cause she wasn't sure. Wasn't sure? Well, called back Monday and was told they had nothing available. Drove in on Monday evening out of curiosity and saw no less then twelve empty spots. Went to the office to inquire and was told there was nothing available. Called Tuesday morning and was told same thing. Drove through Tuesday afternoon and i counted 17 open sites. What gives? Couldn't get a straight answer from any employee i spoke to.

Price is fair and amenities are good, residents are... interesting. Plenty of free entertainment if you step outside you can hear people fighting loudly whether they're the neighboring residents or the owners of the park.

Would get better rating if store was open 24 hrs and while there was hot water and good pressure the shower need to be cleaned better and repainted with some killz.

Very nice people but this place needs lots of work! Need to update pictures on web site because the grocery store is just about empty, grounds need to be mowed and the residents need to take care of their spaces! It use to be a very beautiful facility, to bad they have let it go...☹️
