Their message states that they are 24 hours, but they are not. We just drove half an hour to be told they can’t help us. They also do not answer the phone after hours. Extremely frustrated and our friend still does not have the prescription he needs.

Every pharmacy I have been has its good and bad.
This place is no different. You get decent benefits, a laid back environment and good training​. The pros are the pay, hours (work to life ratio and times you can work) and general sluggishness in communication, no compassion for you as an employee and heavy work loads. This place was a good place to work for as the owner is there to get his hands dirty also. One warning, they make you sign for an employee handbook, which has all their policies, but they never give you a copy to read. Their company policies are exstremely strict.

Meds are often late.  Deliveries come at inconvenient times.  Staff are trained to give lame excuses, if you can even talk to someone (I usually on hold).  Cycle fill often comes with problems or wrong cassete times.  My Mar corrections don't get done.  They keep calling me and not leaving messages.  When I call back, no one knows who called.  I complain to supervisor, but they get pissy with me and never fix the problem.  They send marketing person who just gives her business card and brochure, but doesn't address any of my concerns.  I finally switch to Medical Arts and have been much happier with their service.
