Customer service is consistent with other stores--- HORRIBLE. They all lost their mind in treating the customer as if the customer should be servicing the store manager or employees. She(the store manager) was treating a new employee as a slave, speaking to her as she was an idiot, than continued to me—THE CUSTOMER--- in the same manner super rude, obnoxious,and condescending... all the employees always aggravated regardless of the day i come in...  They all don't speak english!!!!! never can explain a product. The reviews are bad for other stores too but the company wouldn't bother reading them, they only care about paying minimum salary for employees who couldn't even provide (a not good)but at least reasonable customer experience or speak to you in the language of the country they live in.
They probably didn't complete an elementary school to display behavior like  this, but the company cant run the business at customers emotional expense. Just awful.
