Staff usually very helpful but there's been a few times that the girls that are normally there weren't and you practically have to bed to be seen!!

The sales associate Tatiana was extremely helpful, I came in for 2 small items and left with about 10 things that I couldn't wait to go home and try. Every product she helped me choose turned out to be just the thing I was looking for. She helped me compare different colors and brands of makeup, hair products and gel nail setups AND chose from the on sale buy 2 get 3 products. Definitely going to look for her with my next to do list. I did spend more than I planned but saved a HUGE amount over the beauty supply house that I normally frequent that happened to be closed.

Typically when working in retail of a customer is buying something that has a NO RETURN policy you notify them of that before they buy $30 worth of something! Terrible.
