Horrible place they talk way to much, & every time you show them a hair style they say they can do it and the hair style never come out the same. They be so quick to give u a price but it deff don't be worth it cuz it's never what u asked for. Money hungry but don't do the job right. Never taking my daughter here again I was disappointed twice.

The woman started to braid my hair  and before it was finished she said she had to leave. She took the braid out ! She was rude, nasty, and didn't finish. I left and I will NEVER  go back. I am also telling friends and family to never go there. Will also call the better business bureau. Much better shop is on Academy st.

I had the same problem as one of the previous people. I got stuck with someone who did not know what they were doing and was not told that this person must have been training and was still charged full price. Not to mention they only take cash which I was not told before she started doing my hair. She made my box braids way to thin and way too tight. I had to take all the edge braids out within two days because they were ripping all the hair out of my head when I SPECIFICALLY asked them to make sure that would NOT happen! I have had these in for only two weeks now, wrapping every night, and it looks like they would after two months!

Sally was very professional. I am very tender headed and the girl who put in my corn rows before my crochet braids was so gentle I was playing games on my iPad in total comfort. It was my first time and I will definitely be back. Thank you, Sally.

Unless Sally is there and will do your hair, don't bother. They aren't very organised when it comes to dealing with their clientele and will often forget or completely ignore any previous arrangements. Perhaps my visit would have been better if I was able to actually book an appointment, but with how clumsy they are I wasn't able to get through to their store. I was a walk-in, and the attitude I received was that of annoyance. They also stuck me with someone who didn't know how to braid properly. I understand that they've got to learn and practice, but don't charge full price for lousy work.

The braids didn't even last two weeks (and yes I wrapped every night). This braiding salon is relatively cheaper for a reason. Avoid this place if you can.
