Terrible first experience!!! Ilda is extremely disrespectful and rude. Ilda insulted my 6 year niece. So I brought my niece here to fix her bangs and for some reason they made the bangs look more worse. So one of the stylist bought another stylist named ILDA over to resolve the situation but instead of being helpful ILDA was extremely rude, racist, and disrespectful. these were a few of ildas exact words she said to me infront of everyone at the salon "I see what you are saying how her bangs are uneven a little now but there is nothing we can do about it now what's done is done and no one is going to look at her upclose she is a kid her hair will grow back, I dont know why you are making a big deal and causing problems,  if you don't like it you can leave since you are causing problems with everyone" and then she made an announcement infront of everyone there that I am causing problems and that I was making a big deal about my nieces hair. Like ummm this is a salon the reason people come here in the first place is because of HAIR whether it be a big deal or a small deal. I think because Ilda knows shes been working there for a long time she feels she has the privilage to act and treat new clients however she wants. She was so disrespectful and all the other stylist instead of stopping her from screaming and insulting me in front of everyone in the salon they just went along with it allowing her to do so. I'm the customer and a new customer at that, I was talking to Ilda very calmly in a polite manner for her to have yelled and insulted me and my 6 year old niece was uncalled for. Instead of making the situation into a positive one for a new customer ILDA made it worse. I Will definitely not ever be coming back here. I came here to get my nieces bangs fixed instead they made it worse. Advise to owner please send ilda back to customer service school because its obvious she is lacking in that area. And also if a NEW client is coming to get a "Hair Problem" fixed dont assign it to the front desk girl just so she can get the experience if the client is already coming in with a problem dont let them leave with an even bigger one. Oh and the only one who was extremely kind and welcoming was joanna she was such a sweetheart, hire more people like Joanna and less like ilda and maybe all the new clients won't runaway.

The owner knows her stuff if she doesnt think a hair style you want will work she will suggest other hair styles.
