You know how you can opt for a less senior stylist, and save a little by booking with a junior stylist? This option was described on their website. At the time I was receiving cancer treatments , not working and looking for an affordable option, so when I booked my appointment I requested a junior stylist. When I checked out I was charged the price for a senior stylist. When I explained I had booked with a junior stylist, they refused to make the adjustments. The cost was way MORE than what what I was prepared to pay. When I asked to speak with management, they wouldn't correct their error. The girl who cut my hair was lovely and skilled. It wasn't her fault. But because of the blatant disregard by management, I will never book an appointment again. Interesting to note, the policy of discounting services with a junior stylist was removed from their website after my appointment.

I just went and asked for Medium Layers and after getting cut 4-5 Inches which I was fine with I was left with a Butchered Hair cut.. $45 later, Now I have to go to another Salon to get this fixed. I understand that the owner called me asking me to go back but after the messed up hair cut that I received I will never go back..... I feel so sad to have gone there. I went there because they had great Reviews... NEVER AGAIN!!!

I've lived in Delaware for 3 years and was going to a different salon. Unhappy with a set of highlights I had done, I decided to try out Salon 828. I got a haircut 3 weeks ago and just today got color done. I am in love! Nikki is utterly fantastic, so sweet, and totally understood what I wanted with my hair. I leave feeling so glamorous each time. This is my new salon, and I am so happy. We even planned out what to do for my next appointment and I booked it then and there, when usually I am a call last minute kind of person. If you are looking for a new salon, go here!

I always enjoy the time I spend in Salon 828. The salon has an inviting, fun atmosphere. All of the staff are friendly and take the time to make you feel special. You can enjoy a facial, massage or a variety of Spa Services. All will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. But meeting with Cara Roberts is my Absolute Favorite Thing to do at the Salon. She is an experienced hair stylist who listens to what you want and knows how to make that look work for you. She works magic with color and highlights and can give you a hairstyle that makes you feel like a new person. When you are in the need for a confidence boost or just want a new look for a new season, go see Cara Roberts. She will never disappoint.
