Rachel here is amazing! My hair always turns out great and I know that she will give me an honest opinion if I come in with a picture of a style I have in mind she will let me know if it will work with my hair & if not she adjusts it to look best for my hair & it always turns out perfect. Bright, clean, comfortable atmosphere. She also does a great job at shaping and trimming  my husband's beard.

Made contact with Sarah Smith throughout a few weeks to schedule in a cut and color. I went there in our schedule day and as a FIRST TIME client, she did not show up. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited an extra half hour for her to come but she did not. Given the fact that I have only one day off a week, it was a pain to get a good date anyways but then she left me high and dry. No one working at the time was willing to call or help so I took my business elsewhere.

Was literally harassed for months about leaving a bad review on Kendras personal advertisement page about her horrible behavior. Had to threaten legabehavior becquse 6 months later she was STILL HARASSING ME. I Blocked her and she STILL went through other facebook pages to harass me and threaten me to change my review.
