My friends CK and Shawn own this place and they always provide great service. CK is a fantastic colorist and Shawn specializes in cutting and styling. Many friends also come to them for staying needs and walk out extremely satisfied. Would recommend Salon Aveo for anyone looking for new stylists and colorists.

I live over an hour away, but I've been getting haircuts from Shawn for over 7 years. He is excellent, skillful, and hardworking. If you want to try out a trendy hair style, he will get it done. If you don't know what style will work well with you, he always has good suggestions. Check him out if you are struggling to find a reliable go-to person in the Chicago area.

Shawn is one of the greatest hair stylist out there!
His passion for styling hair truly mirrors his excellent cuts! 
He synchronizes with the customer to give the cuts customers vision. 
The service and care for each individual is remarkable!
Salon Aveo is a new hair salon location with duo-expertise. 
Professional Hair Stylist & Professional Hair Coloring. It's an all-in-one professional hair designing under one roof!
Although the commute to this new location is further from my location, it is definitely worth the trip to this new aesthetic location. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Based on other reviews i decided to try this place and get a cut here. I have long hair and i asked for layers and thinning out. Front layers he didnt do, in the back it turned out very short even though i told him just trim the ends and at the end i almost cried because of all the mess he made in my hair . I still have the feeling the front part is longer than the back, and i know my hair. His styling was blow drying my hair with his fingers and a tiny brush for the ends. Its Ridiculous!
Sean is not  good at this, please avoid this place if you want a good quality haircut!
