I just left the salon maybe an hour ago an my stylist her name is "Silvana!" It was my first time to this salon as well. My hair is long(almost waist length) and pin straight. However I wanted a beach wave curl perm. She was very honest there could be a possibility I would not hold and perms are unpredictable but the end result was AMAZING! She was so sweet and kind ( to be honest all the stylists were very nice that I was around). I'm very picky especially w/ my hair but she did an OUTSTANDING JOB. When I left I stopped at Target and I was getting compliments from individuals just shopping telling me they loved my hair. I recommend them to her for my curls!!! I'm so pleased I honestly was in tears when I left. I didn't think my hair could look this good! Thank you Silvana for everything! I DEFINITELY will return!!!

I was here yesterday to get my roots retouched and in the moment I was very pleased. My stylist was very friendly and I left the salon around 8pm very happy. It was a bit rocky in the beginning though because I was waiting at the empty front desk for about 5 minutes to check-in before someone noticed and my stylist approached to check me in. 

It wasn't until I looked in the mirror where there is natural light that I noticed that my roots are STILL lighter than the rest of my hair. This is my first time going here and I was charged $79 to get my roots touched up. It's unfortunate that I was charged that much since you can still see my roots against the rest of my hair.

I am devastated because I'm having head shots taken on Friday in natural light and I'm worried that my roots are going to show up in the photos. I expected better than this considering all of the five star reviews.

I cannot say enough good things about Salon Bella Vi.  The stylists are all amazing and extremely talented.  They are adding rapidly to their services.  Besides that, they are so accommodating to their clients.  Recently, I couldn't find child care and had to bring both my young girls to an appointment.  No one batted an eyelash, and they entertained both my girls so I could have my hair cut in peace.  Seriously love this salon...I will never go anywhere else!
