I went here for a tour when I was deciding on childcare for my 6 month old. They took me to the infant room with my shoes on while it was snowing outside. I asked if they have covers, but they didn't seem to care at all about going into an infant room with dirty shoes on where little babies are crawling or just lying down on the carpet. That was it, I was so upset to see those little babies in a small dirty room

My child was not properly supervised and got into the trash can in the Twaddler room- despite the fact that three care providers were in the room at the time. My child got a spoon that had food on it and was eating off it when I came into the room for evening pick up. When I asked the care providers why my child was allowed to get into the trash they indicated they were busy dealing with a bite incident with another child. Then I was told my child gets in the trash and eats food off the floor all the time. When I asked the care providers why she was allowed to do this "always" they didn't have a direct answer. When I pointed out the fact that allowing children to get into the trash and eat off utensils that other children ate off of was dirty and how sickness and disease can be spread. I was very clear that it was unacceptable for my child to be exposed in such a way. One of the three care providers said something under her breath in a very passive aggressive fashion. I asked that particular care provider to speak to me directly and not under her breath. She indicated that my child would get sick anyway if other children were sick at the facility. Then she went on to say that my child gets into the trash because she doesn't get the same foods as other children. Of course no attention was paid to the fact that my child can't get to the trash unless she is provided with access to do so. Not one of the three care providers took it upon themselves to close the lid on the trash can after discovering it had been opened. When I indicated the care providers shouldn't be speaking to me the way they were- one made the comment "we have audio recording in here". Another passive aggressive- non customer service friendly comment. There was not a point in my conversation with these three providers that they took the time to scan the room and check on the other children still in their care. This facility has employees that do not have common sense and lack the ability to see the "big picture". What if the spoon had contained a substance my child was allergic to and she had a severe reaction? Did either of those three providers think about that? No. It is negligent behavior and as care providers they should know better. This facility needs to make sure their staff is properly trained on hygiene and customer service. Both are lacking. No child should be left to get into the trash and forage for food. The trash can should never have been at a level where a child could reach it and the care providers should take more caution when supervising young children. The owner of this franchise should be ashamed of the things going on here.

I have a 5-month old daughter who's been enrolled at Tutor Time (5-Mile Road and Haggerty) for three months and our family has had a wonderful experience! The infant room is very organized, clean, and the teachers are AWESOME! We absolutely love the fact that diapers and wipes are included in the tuition fees. You can tell that the employees at this location truly care about our daughter and they are very easy to work with and extremely accommodating. My daughter is always smiling when I drop her off and pick her up - you can tell she really enjoys her time there! Great staff, competitive fees, and a great experience overall. I would definitely recommend this Tutor Time location to other parents.

Our son is enrolled in the toddler classroom. it is so comforting to know that I can drop him off at school and know that he is well taken care of and is learning every day. He just loves it there and he loves his teachers. I looked at many places and I definitely made the right decision enrolling him at Tutor Time Plymouth.

Our daughter (2 years old) and our son (Kindergarten age) attend Tutor Time. We started in September, 2014 and they were extremely welcoming and answered all of our questions at the start. They take our son to his elementary school. He loves his teachers and bus driver at Tutor Time. Our daughter has special needs and they are constantly trying to help her in any way that they can. They are very accommodating and we feel that we are working as a team for the best placement for our child. Any concerns that we have had were quickly resolved. If there is ever an issue, the managers make sure to call us right away. They are fantastic and truly put kids first.
