Liz McCrory was my stylist - This is my experience in a nutshell. 

While I was getting a trim, she proceeded to try to convince me that long hair doesn't look good (past one's shoulders apparently) as there is no style to long hair; long hair may be considered 'cute' but it is not what you would call an asset. (I am growing out long hair myself..) Pretty much the entire time she trimmed my hair, she was attempting to convince me as to why I shouldn't grow it out. While we were walking to the front counter for me to pay, she even pointed out another client's hair, in whispers, as to why that client's hair doesn't look good (it was to the middle of her back). I consider that pretty tacky to bad mouth a client in your own business. Then as I hand her my credit card, she says "Oh I don't except credit card - just cash or check; I guess I should have told you that earlier.", so I had to drive home to get my checkbook in order to pay for her services. As you can guess, I am never going back there again.
