First time today at Urban Nails!  Very happy with everything - my nails, the customer service, the friendly atmosphere... Lena and her husband are awesome!  I will definitely be back and will refer others to Urban Nails.  Plus the pricing was reasonable too!  Glad to have such a great nail salon in the neighborhood!

I've never had a more welcoming and personable experience with a nail salon. The staff were all extremely friendly and the nail artists did a fantastic job with my shellac manicure. Not to mention the salon was clean, modern, and relaxing. I will definitely be returning and recommending to others!

I finally found my nail place!! They are very welcoming and accomodating to your needs. I had such a wonderful experience and they truly care about making sure you comfortable and happy. This place feels like a spa. I would highly recommend Urban Nails and Spa! You won't be disappointed.

I came all the way from Iowa Falls, and got a diping powder manicure. I found them by accident but I'm glad I did. They stayed open 30 minutes longer to give me a great manicure. Super nice staff too. Will definitely visit again!

I followed Lena (the owner) from another salon where she previously worked. While there was nothing wrong with the other salon, Lena really makes the experience worth it at Urban Nails. She and her staff are friendly, and this is the nicest salon I've been to in Des Moines. Highly recommended, and the prices are comparable to other spots, too!
