This place is near me and I selected this one because the place looked very professional and so is the staff. On my first time, I went in for a haircut and they did it pretty nice. Not exceptional but not bad. Because of that I decided to check in for the second time to get beard trimmed. But the experience was horrifying. The beard on my left side was different from my right side :(. It was clearly evident and I did a complete shave after reaching home. May be the young lady who did the trimming to me was novice or a beginner and because of that I didn't shout at them. So from my experience if you are in for a haircut its good otherwise it depends on the stylist. Make sure you get the appointment from the best guy over there.

I never leave reviews, especially bad ones but this was too terrible of a place to not warn others away. Paid for a 90 min massage and body scrub and scheduled with a specific therapist. No call to say they had swapped me, which is very unprofessional. I would have rather rescheduled to a different day when said therapist was available. I arrived 20 min early to ensure I got the full 90 min but the reception area was so unprofessional and chatty with who knows who (staff other customers not sure) that I wasn't checked in till 5 min before the appt time. Even though I was standing there the whole time and asked to be checked in. Another patron was waiting with me and when seeing how poorly run it was she said "Have you been here before? No? Yeah it's pretty bad and always like this. Lots of last minute swaps and always late. I just come cause the wax lady I see is who I have seen for a long time." The therapist was 10 min late, and awkward. Left me like 10 min to undress when I told her I would be quick, especially cause she was so late. She officially started the massage 25 min late, she spent forever tinkering around and even left during the massage for ten min to find more lotion. She also ended the massage 18 min early. So for a 90 min massage I received less than even a normal 60 min one, or even a 45 min one.?And it was a terrible massage. I complained to the owner/manager immediately upon exit and he just said weird things like "oh that's odd and doesn't really happen often. Perhaps you had the times wrong. We can't wait to see you again. Come back soon." What? How bizarre. And now I get annoying vmails from them reminding me to come back. Uh no thanks. Would never recommend it to anyone. Not worth half the price I paid. Which is saying something cause I have been to many massage places and known to be not very picky or critical. Just want the time I pay for and an easy relaxing massage.

Great place to get your hair done and to just plain relax and enjoy your experience. The staff at Edge are true professionals. From hair to relaxing massage and facials, they have it all! Manicures, pedicures, haircuts, highlights, Ombre' you name they do it and they do it well! You have to visit here and get the true salon experience. Oh and they use and recommend Paul Mitchell products. Only the best products to bring out the best in yourself. CALL NOW and make your appointment with the salon/spa coordinator.
