Salon Organic is New Jersey's premiere organic hair salon. Located on Park Street in the heart of Montclair in Essex County, our salon is a calming sanctuary. We are committed to using only premium cruelty free, ammonia free, vegan products. We also offer gluten free products.

I have been going to Salon Organic for many years now and I always enjoy the services that Anne offers. The organic hair color is top-notch and I love how long it lasts and how soft my hair is. I just got a hair cut as well and Anne does a fabulous job. I have been to all three locations and this one is just as clean, peaceful and spa-like as the other ones!

The ability to share a great service with other readers is such a benefit. Unfortunately there are those that take the time to write lengthy damaging reviews that are based on fiction. I was having my hair colored at SALON ORGANIC the day that the reviewer below was in the shop. Anne is a professional and does a great job on my color. I am very satisfied. She is patient and really listens. If anyone is reading this, kindly ignore the tirade and focus on the fact that this salon is a real find. It is even worth the trip from NYC if you live there.

After trekking into the city for 2 years I finally found Anne and her awesome salon in Montclair. Anne is an amazing colorist and worked with me to find the exact shade of red that worked for my hair and overall skin tone. Anne is super knowledgeable on her products and I always learn something new each time I am there. The products used are 97% natural and based on the chemical based color I used in my younger years, my hair has never looked and felt better. The products are amazing. Anne is patient and sweet and spends the extra time to give you what you want!
