I went to go get a ombré but the lady looked at the picture for a sec and she gave me highlights instead... smfh. And she burned my hair w/ bleach she left it on for 45 mins. And cut it mad short. She even did a horrible job on the highlights as well. My hair looks horrible I left the salon crying. I don't trust this salon. Never going again.

I went in to dye my hair dark blue, almost black, & at first it was dark blue but later it turns to a gray & then green. I'm so upset about it and if I could rate it a zero I would.

Absolutely horrible. I had two separate appointments with two different stylists and I ended up retaining neither. The first told me to come in at noon and when I walked in, she had four other women there in the middle of their hair. After waiting over a hour and a half  and realizing she hadn't gotten to me at all, I stood up and left. Then I had a second appointment that I booked through style seat  which was canceled the day of. I've come to the conclusion that many of the stylists who rent here are either unprofessional or not worth the headache.
