Bob did a great job giving my hair a refresh! I came in having never gone to Salon Salon before and did my best to explain what issues I was having with my current style. Bob took the time to understand what it was that I was looking for, recapped a clear plan, and then explained what he was doing each step of the way. He was kind and professional, and did not rush my appointment even when we approached an hour of me being in the chair. My only points of feedback would be that the shampoo could have been more thorough, and he could have used less product on my blowout- my scalp was a bit sticky with product residue when I was finished. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I'll just be sure to request less product next time I get a blowout. Thanks for a great cut, Bob!

Bob is very enjoyable to talk to and I must say this is the first time I have gotten a haircut that I really truly loved. He took the time to figure out what I'd like and what would look good on me.

I recently had my hair cut and highlighted by Bob. He was beyond wonderful! He was meticulous and wouldn't quit until it was exactly what I wanted. Such a great experience wish I could give him 6 stars! Thanks again Bob!

I have been going to Bob for years. He is very skilled. I once asked for a haircut that I described in detail. I asked him what he thought it would look like. He honestly said "a bubble". I felt like I knew my hair better, and he did cut it as I requested. And it DID look like a bubble. UGH. I said to him, "you are the expert; please NEVER take my opinion on how I want my hair cut. I trust you more than me". And so, all these years I let Bob, in his talent, and years of experience cut it expertly. I leave there smiling. I once said to him "this is more beneficial than psychotherapy"! And, ironically, I am a psychotherapist with 30 years' experience. He charges me the same as he did years ago. He is fair, funny, generous, and has the most gorgeous singing voice in the world. It is a complete treat and privilege to use his services. I feel blessed that I know him.
