Ned has been my hair guy for over ten years. In that time he managed to keep my waist-length tresses looking their best, even when dyed my usual red-and-black. Finally, ready for a change, I asked him to cut it.
Not only did he take into account the shape of my face and the texture of my hair, he took the time to teach me how to manage and maintain my new look. I couldn't be happier.

My long-time stylist, Stacey Aranda, moved here so I followed her. The salon is quite large and offers many services, but I just come for a haircut. The front parking lot facing Colorado Boulevard is very crowded, but there is more parking on the side and rear of the building. I wish the waiting room and the coat closet were a bit larger. This place can get very busy. I prefer Mondays which are the quietest time.

I have been going to this salon for many years and my hairstylist could not fit me into her schedule, so Brian a new stylist at the salon, cut my hair today.  He is great and I would definitely recommend him.

Bought a Groupon for a shellac manicure. I tried to schedule with Zoya over 5 times within a year's time. She cancelled 3 times for medical emergencies. The last time I called her, she told me she was out of the state and to stop calling her... then proceeded to laugh at me and tell me I was a liar.

She was very rude, and didn't respond well to my patience. I can't speak to the rest of the salon, or to their skills, they may be wonderful. But I had a truly awful experience with Zoya's customer service. Please, please don't out yourself through this process. Save yourself the frustration of trying to work with a flaky, unprofessional nail technician and find someone who isn't condescending to customers who have already paid.
