The staff is amazingly talented & friendly, they always make me feel like family. I've recommended them to over 20 of my friends and family, and every single one has become a long term client. I had an appointment at 9 am and my hair stylist did not walk into the salon until 9:10. I asked for my highlights to be touched up and the stylist decided to bleach my WHOLE head. Half of my hair was white and the other half was cheese yellow blonde. I anticipated being at the salon for about 2 hours max since it was a highlight touch up but was there for 3. When I left the salon I called the manager and explained that I wanted my money back because my hair looks like Eminem. At first she refused to give me my money back because she needed me to come in so she could see my hair. I offered to send her pictures of my hair via email or text and she said that she does not give out her personal information. She eventually agreed to give me my money back. This salon is very unprofessional and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! Unless you want to look like Eminem / a cheetah.

Xoxo salon turned me away after making an appointment I do not know what that say about their skills I guess they can only do hair that is straight and easy to manage
