One thing that bothers me is a salon that claims to be high end  and claims to have top stylists when in all actuality the stylists are not even up to date on their educational techniques. 
I have been to the very best of the best in my life from Fredrick  Fekkai to you name it. Living here in Boca Raton now I find the stylists in general to be way behind the rest of the world not knowing the difference between a true classy look and a cheap terrible quality. However you would think when you go to a salon that claims to be one of the best around well you would expect top notch and quality work. This is not the case with Wild Hair in Boca Raton. I don't know maybe my standards are much higher than the norm but either way at the very least you would expect the stylists at a " high end" salon to be up do date with their education and Unfortunately on more than one occasion I experienced services by stylists and colorists that had no idea how to do anything and instead of admitting they couldn't do it well they tried and did not succeed. Infact just recently I had my hair highlighted by what they say is there too colorist and not only did she have to complete re do my hair but she had to ask the wells rep who just happened to be in that day what to do. The wells rep had to literally walk the colorist through step by step for 3 hours and guess what my hair is absolutelly horrible right now. When I went there that day to think I wS just getting simple highlights I walked in loving my hair just wNting to add a bit of sun kissed pieces. My hair at the time of walking in the salon had a beautiful wRm golden tone. 
When I left my hair was ashy and the highlights themself were completely uneven. I mentioned I wanted to keep a shadow well about an inch and a half is what this woman thought would be appropriate to call a shadow. 
I have highlights that are different colors different widths and all uneven as far as the length between my root and where the highlight starts. 
And then after I had to have my hair redone which means double processing on my hair the girl that washed me decided to blow dry my hair pulling hard basically breaking many pieces. I have decided to call my losses and not even bother having them fix my hair I'm simply going somewhere else altogether.

Mark at Wild Hare did a great job with my cut !!  He is there on Sundays (imagine that) and even called to say he was running a bit late so I wouldn't sit there for too long.  He is a true hair stylist, working his magic with my stick straight hair and finally giving me the expert cut I have been trying to achieve since moving to FL about a year ago.  The salon itself is open 7 days/week.  It is a bit of a drive for me (I live in Delray) but well worth the trip!  The salon is large, modern, clean -- very nice.  I would've preferred better music playing, but that's me.....the disco beat got really old, really fast!  Overall, a great experience.

Came in for a balayage got a straight line on my ends with huge contrasted highlights. Had a wedding out of the country couldnt fix it. Came back they said I have to pay to get it fixed. Both the stylist and manager talked down on me. Im never one to say anyone is racist. However, Im sure they dont talk to other clients the way they did with me. I have a few businesses even as an owner I would make sure the customer is Happy and treated equally.
