I have very curly hair and it's so hard to find a place who knows what they are doing when it comes to that. Stylist was very knowledgeable about curly hair. Friendly and reasonably priced. Cannot recommend highly enough. Won't go anywhere else now.

What a wonderful little gem! I had tramped the streets trying to get my hair blowed out. This wonderful spot was attempt #6, and it was worth the walk. I was warmly welcomed, walk-in as I was, and was able to be accommodated within the hour. My stylist Rudianne is professional, funny and very experienced, and the salon itself has a wonderful calm and beautifully fragrant ambiance. Thank you! I shall return (with an appointment made more than an hour in advance, I promise.)

I feel there is one word to describe this place TERRIBLE! I feel like they fried my hair! When I called in to make my appointment, I spoke with the manager & I asked for their best ombré girl. She gave me Maggie. I brought in pictures & explained what I wanted. She said she could do it but that proved to be wrong. When she started to blow dry my hair she said, "oh, this isn't what you wanted at all." She some how dyed my roots red which were dirty blonde to begin with and brought the red dye so far down that I feel like I had barely any blonde left in my ends. I don't know what she was thinking but it definitely was not ombré. The manager was there and said I could come back the next day to get it fixed with another stylist. When I woke up the next day, my pillowcase had dye on it. When I checked out my scalp, it still had dye on it. I went to go get my hair fixed that day. They had to bleach out the red which fried my hair. They didn't fix the red on my roots because they didn't have time so I had to go back a third time to get that fixed. They told me I had to buy new shampoo because the stuff I had wouldn't be good right now ( my original shampoo was from them as well). When I got home from the salon I noticed she bleached the collar & the back side of my shirt. When I went back the third time to get the red out, i felt the manager was acting annoyed with me. When they finished with my hair, it was still red. It didn't look any different. So much so that when I met up with my friends, who I was hanging out with before my hair appointment, they didn't believe me that I got my hair done. When I called to speak to the manager about it, she tried to put the blame on me & said if I want this fixed, she felt that I should have to pay for it & that she's not even sure getting it done again would fix it. Remember it was her hair dressers fault my hair was red. She also said I can't expect it to be great since Maggie is still new & learning. Keep in mind this is the same manager who booked my appointment & said she was giving me their best ombré girl which was a lie. She was just trying to fill Maggie's time cause she's new. So my hair suffered. She also told me that I should be using blue shampoo to get the red out of my hair, which was my original shampoo I was using. I feel the manager was the one that told me originally to stop using the blue shampoo & buy some other kind. I feel she just wanted to make a sale. Just an all around horrible situation. Now I have to go to another salon & pay for a color correction. All in all, this salon visit ended up costing me over $200 Save yourself the expense & please go somewhere else. Just terrible!!! P.S. i feel they don't clean out their brushes between clients. The paddle brush was full of hair when she started to brush my hair. Just the icing on top!

Taylor cut my hair last week and I absolutely love it!!!!! Amazing products and beautiful makeup!!!
