Our mission at East Wellbeing & Tea is to inspire our guests to incorporate Eastern Wellness practices into their everyday lives for optimal health and we have tasty tea too! Join us for a day of luxury services in our unique sanctuary.

Story

East Wellbeing and Tea offers luxurious massage, acupuncture and holistic facials by professional massage therapists and licensed acupuncturists & estheticians to offer you the best wellness care in a completely unique eastern sanctuary. Our specialty blended wellness teas have been designed to help you maintain optimum health. We've searched for the best organic and all natural teas, and have attracted an exceptional staff of caring, wellness minded individuals. Join us for a treatment or just for healthy food and tea. Free Pickup in our electric TukTuk from the Granada Hotel.

My husband and I have had spa memberships at East since they opened. We enjoy our relaxing routine of soaking in a big, deep bath tub while sipping the tea of our choice (there's an extensive selection) followed by a couples massage. They have some excellent massage therapists! The lobby is also a nice place to relax and sip tea. They sell some healthy light meals, snacks, and sweets. The lobby is also the gift shop, and they sell tea paraphernalia, home decor, clothing, etc. Our spa membership also include some classes (yoga, meditating, etc.), however we have not taken advantage of that. We should, though!

Really cool spot. Great tea, atmosphere, music, people... All around great. I really appreciate their parking lot mural and the community offered here.

Absolutely the best space for a getaway in SLO. There is free parking so you don't have to worry about finding a spot! They have amazing tea and food options, like a teriyaki chicken bowl! The therapists are also amazing. I've had multiple services, such as shirodara, acupuncture, and massage, and all of them have great benefits to offer depending on what you are looking for. They have a membership deal so that each treatment is only $95 a month. For what it is worth, it is a great deal in SLO for wellness!!

East Wellbeing & Tea is a wonderful place to visit. The moment I entered the building I felt more relaxed. The decor is well done and each spa room is uniquely different and well decorated. I have tried a number of teas - they always have special ones (right now the holiday teas are available, my favorite is the Girl Scout Cookie with honey and coconut milk - hot or iced). I also love the drive tea if I need a boost, or the Yin tea for a more relaxing cup of tea. I have also had a number of treatments at East - I have had a East Signature Massage with Ryan as well as Amber. They are both amazing! Great energy and hands, I felt relaxed and comfortable the whole time, both massages were similar, but also different. I enjoyed both thoroughly and can't wait til my next one!

Nestled back off Monterey in uptown SLO is a new gem in town.If you are seeking a tranquil respite from your busy lifestyle, East Wellbeing and Tea offers an array of treatments including massage therapy, acupuncture,facials, meditation classes and an amazing tea bar serving up both relaxing and stimulating herbal teas. As an herbal enthusiast, I welcome this alternative "bar" to town, serving up healthfully inspiring beverage for an often overstimulated world. One of my favorite teas that I like iced is the Drive tea. One of my favorite hot teas is the Yang tea with a touch of milk and honey. I welcome East Wellbeing with it total wellness concept, the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. The spa is top notch with soaking tubs in massage rooms for a completely relaxing experience.
