Had lunch at the restaurant with my family 2 weeks ago after hearing good comments from colleague and reading good reviews. My first impression as we walked in the restaurant was that the place looked more like a fast-food restaurant. The place was not small but it looked plain without any decoration at all. Service was great. Place was clean. To our surprise, the food came out in carry-out plastic containers and we used disposable eating utensils. We ordered Singapore rice noodle, Beef chow fun and Chicken fried rice. The food was good and came in good portion. As a food critic, especially on Chinese food, I would give it a rating of between 7 and 8 out of 10. The price was a bit high considering of all the above. Overall, I would give this restaurant a 3-star rating.
It’s the Venezuelan style to eat Chinese food, i order to delivery and let me tell you, amazing. Good portion of the food, and tasty. By far the best Chinese rice I’ve tried. Thank you for such a good quality of the products, so fresh and tasty.Recommended dishesChop Suey Especial, House Fried Rice
The foods here is amazing!! Always fresh. They are bilingual english/español no problem! The service is great they come get your drinks filled immediately and are very tentative. The restroom is clean, the front windows cleaned. It's in a shopping center with other businesses. They have limited outdoor seating. You can order ahead. You can order on line or you can pick up yourself. It's great all around! Vegetarian options: Amazing vegetarian dishes. Not disappointed! Parking: Lots of pages around the restaurant to park. Wheelchair accessibility: It has lots of places to park
Ordered the Mapo Tofo, it had the just the right amount of spice for me. It has a typical Chinese restaurant feel, the only con I can think of is there was limited staff, the lady who served me was also serving all the tables, she was doing her best. Vegetarian options: Good selection of vegetarian options, as is typical with Asian food. Kid-friendliness: Noticed it's was mainly families, which was nice.
the services is good and they need a fountain drink , all the beverages are in a can or bottle. it need a little more seasoning because it’s Venezuela style Chinese food.
Not sure why it has such a high rating. Pretty generic Chinese take-out. Nothing was terrible, but nothing stood out as great. The portion sizes are very generous however, which is a plus. Eggroll was good, pork dumplings were not. Mongolian beef, orange chicken, and fried rice were just alright.
The food was just like in the Chinese food back in Venezuela, all fresh and tasty, the place lacks a little bit of atmosphere but the food compensate. The service needs improvement, knowing a little better the menu.I understand that they are new, so hopefully they start putting silverware and plates that are not disposable.Food: 5/5
I've been ordering dinner here for almost a year now, since they've opened. The food is generally good, but the service has been terrible recently. I usually place my order online, but since it's a holiday, I called in my order. They told me it would be ready in 30 minutes and hung up the phone. I get there in 25 minutes to prepay for my order, the person at the front claims my order was never received, and that it would take *another* 30 minutes to make it. At that point, I just left disappointed and hungry. I hope the owners can re-train whoever is taking phone orders, because this is not how you stay in business. Very disappointing.
Easy to order online, was ready quickly, reasonably priced and lots of food for the $. That is where the positives ended. All the items tasted the same, like soy sauce. Clearly topped the worst chinese that i have eaten. You are better off with Panda Express. Sad to see the left overs in the trash can.
Food is not very good. Got sweet and sour chicken. Was given a bowl of fried chicken with a cup of sauce to dip in. Most places I go to has the sauce on the chicken with vegetables and pineapple in it. It was disappointing. The server was sweet but was having trouble with understanding English. The restaurant is set up nice, clean and was decorated for Christmas which was really cute.
