If I could give this place ZERO stars I would but unfortunately I can’t so to leave a review I had to give something firstly I ordered online at 8:24 and my prefer was supposed to be ready at 8:41 I am less than 7 minutes away and I arrived around 8:45 food was still not ready waited about 5 minutes arrived back home and noticed I received the wrong order so I quickly gather everything back together and go back when I arrive back it was 9:15 and they had CLOSED the kitchen I let them know what had happened and she told me sorry the kitchen is closed but it says the business closes at 9:30 so why close the kitchen that early and then turning business around I needed to come back tomorrow and she could help me but frankly I will NEVER eat at this establishment again maybe even the whole franchise and then customer service doesn’t answer they just hang up on you and then you have to send an email to the company RED FLAG secondly this place is gross the have ROACHES so BUYER BEWARE NOT AN ESTABLISHMENT I WANNA SPEND MY MONEY. Still waiting to hear back from the company because I NEED ALL of my money back this is a disgusting place.
Giving it one star because i cant give 0. I ordered online and paid 30$ for 2 plates with rice and 2 entrees each, just to get home and find that both plates were half empty! Very upsetting to say the least! Horrible place to go to. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER PANDA EXPRESS! The service here is horrible and the crew gives bad service!
Where is the beef I ordered the bigger plate of Broccoli beef but I guess I got most of it broccoli for 2 side of it that’s what I got This is not the first time I get cheated But I learned now to let other people watch what they order

The food is so fresh and tasty! Even take out is great once we get it home and it reheated so well the next day! We actually did two family packs to feed teenage boys and for adults. We had enough leftover for lunch the next day.Food: 5/5
They do not pay attention to the slips. This is the 4th time they forgot the proper sauces and add on items . Then they have the attitude to complain that a mobile order was picked up at the drive through when their website never states pick up inside only. If you can’t manage to pass a bag through a window you’re either mentally incompetent or should not have a job in customer service. Don’t waste your money here. Go to a quality business that cares about customer service
Initial order taker was patient, nice and friendly. Was asked to wait for order at the front door. 12 mins waiting we got our order from one of the most miserable, rude, and least amicable service industry employees I've had the displeasure to interact with in central Florida to date. Couldn't even see his name if he had a tag from the way he practically just tossed my food at me and scurried off. I asked if everything was there, as the order was handed to me all in one box instead of separated or in a big bag as previous times. This rude guy couldn't be bothered to utter more than a few syllables to imply it was. And while, yes, the food ordered was there family meal and some rolls with like 2 napkins, there was nothing else. No utensils or anything. I couldn't even request some, since the incredibly rude employee didn't even wait to face me for his reply. The guy grunted that my order was all there as he made his way back in. I have no problems understanding frustration with your work or even having a bad day, but to take it out on someone you don't know, whose done nothing but be polite and patient? No. Then again, 100% promise it's likely totally acceptable there to act like that, and the dude won't even get talked to about it, thus the cycle of customers taking the brunt of an employees bad day continues, and those customers pass on the attitude to the next employee they interact with and so on, and so on.. ad nauseum.
We usually have really great experiences here with kind, helpful and efficient staff but tonight was different. Went to pick up our regular and asked for the Beyond Chicken, something we highly recommend btw, and were told this was not offered here. We asked again to clarify if they were out or if it was seasonal and the woman working the drive thru insisted she’d been working there for two months and that’s never been on the menu, impossible we ordered it there and must have been a different store. Low and behold we were able to order it on the app and go in to get it. Don’t skip the location but do know not every staff member is very knowledgeable.
My order was not ready at the time they said, i been waiting in the store for an hour and they have no idea where my order is. Instead of being proactive and fixing the situation,they already charged my card they say i have to do a refund on my end. Don’t waste your time.
I would leave one star. They don’t close until 9pm but they will not make any food at 8:15pm. They had nothing and would not make anything. Very disappointed and very disgusting. I guess they don’t want to run a good business or make any money.
