Welcome to Salsa Street Mexican Restaurant and Cantina, where we embrace the freshest and trendiest ingredients to create amazing Mexican delights! Our culinary culture is centered around an “Authentic Street Tacos" theme from Mexico, with a modern flare. All of our tacos are garnished and prepped with different flavorful sauces and fresh grilled ingredients. We emphasize flavor and authentic Mexican dishes like fajitas and enchiladas. Visited for the first time and wow! Loved the salsa, chips, and variety of tacos. Very tasty and not too greasy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good, sit-down Mexican restaurant. It was very clean too on top of everyone. Worth checking out if you love tacos!

We are regular at this restaurant.. Good food.. But seems like they lack manners.. We were walking towards the restaurant.. It was 8.40.. Restaurant closes at 9.00 and before we reached the door . They turned off the lights.. Very rude.. They could have let us in and informed they are closing soon.. But seems like we were not welcome.. Not going back again..
Answer to owner response... We were at the Dundee location.. One of your waitress saw us coming towards the door and switched off the open sign and lights.. You might be in the kitchen but this is what your staff did..

Decided to try a new place, and was really happy with that choice. This place was really nice inside and clean, which is always a plus.   Service was as expected, so no complaints there. The food is really why I decided to give 5 stars, we got the steak burritos and it was so worth it. The cilantro lime rice was amazing and is a great reason alone to come back. As well as the salsa they gave you to drip the chips in!

Excellent food!! I ordered chicken, steak, and al pastor tacos, as well as beans and rice for a family party yesterday, and the food and service was outstanding!! Our guests loved the food! We will definitely return to Salsa Street Mexican Restaurant and Cantina! Amazing food! Great value!

We went in last Saturday night about 815 or so. They were not busy at all. Maybe 10 to 12 ppl in the whole place. We wiped down our own table and waited for someone to bring us menus. Another 10 for the waitress and drinks. After 20 more minutes I had trouble getting someone to get our waitress who had been in back of the bar talking and washing glasses with the bartender I think. When she came over she admitted she forgot about us. 20 minutes later she checks on us and after asking about our food, she tells us it should be going in in 5 minutes. We walked out. The food here looked good but that service was horrible. No manager was on duty.
