The only reason why I gave three stars was because Dr Salter is a very sweet lady! But this old lady at the front desk treated me like she is still stuck in the past (if you get me) I was calling because one of the nurses call about my lab results so for the last 3days they would tell me that a nurse would call me back I was okay with this I understand busy days maybe even weeks! But she treated me like I was old gum under her shoes I should have known this because the first day I went was bad with her and I was having second thoughts until I made it back in the back with the other sweet ladies but I think she needs to retire or someone needs to replace her and send her to the back to file papers and put one of the other sweet ladies that were behind the desk in her place!! I know sometimes we don't want to let them go but God will send someone greater with a peoples heart! Letting Go Is Hard But Needed!! Sorry but it needs to be said So I will take me and my insurance somewhere else I DON'T WANT TO BOTHER ANYONE !!

I love this doctor! Get appointments fast and she really cares about her patients.
